Project Description

The Phase 2 renovations to this historical building include heavy demolition and renovation to the existing Clark Hall North Wing of 31,215 GSF and demolition and renovations to some spaces within the Clark Hall (Riebsomer) South Wing of 12,773 GSF. The entire project renovates a total of 43,998 GSF and also includes new entrance improvements, MEP, IT system upgrades for new teaching labs, administrative, and staff offices.
