Scoping Fee Notification
Beginning July 1, 2024, be advised that a $1000 estimate authorization fee will be applied for every single scope statement completed. This fee ensures thorough and accurate project scoping. If the project proceeds, this fee will be reimbursed.
Facilities Design & Construction (FDC) is the department of Institutional Support Services (ISS) that designs, renovates, and constructs the physical spaces of UNM with a focus on collaborative outcomes aligned with the University’s mission. With an emphasis on quality services, our dedicated staff serves to enhance the campus experience with safe, sustainable, and beautiful environments.
UNM Integrated Campus Plan (ICP)
The University is working on the Integrated Campus Plan (ICP), and we need your ideas! The ICP will replace the 2009 Master Plan and address all UNM branches and properties. Supportive of the mission and vision outlined in the UNM 2040 Strategic Plan, the ICP will guide the University's decisions on the physical environment, including the character of each campus, safety, access, mobility, and sustainability. Let's envision the future of UNM campus together.

Diller Scofidio + Renfro chosen as architect for UNM's Center for Collaborative Arts and Technology Building
