1) Update first floor lounge (new furniture, space utilization) 2) Eliminate computer pod and make a printing station 3) Move conference room currently in 205 to current computer pod space 4) Convert current room 205 into additional offices (3-4) 5) Do something useful with the second floor mezzanine 6) Update 209 conference room 7) Refresh/Update the main desk area (New window, storage, better use of space) 8) Update/ better functionality of the mailroom 9) Convert upstairs restrooms to a single stall/all gender? 10) Refresh/Update downstairs restrooms 11) Improve storage room 113, evaluate space better 12) Paint /refresh all of the space/ carpet in some areas
